Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 20 calendar days and request their replacement or refund.

The cost of the return is paid by the customer. (The cost of the returning product is 5 € minimum)

CAUTION: Returned products must be in the same condition that they were shipped Type Center and received by the customer, complete and without any damage. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without the labels being removed) and with all the documents of the shipment (eg Shipping Card, Retail Receipt, etc.). Returns that do not meet the above conditions are NOT accepted and returned to the customer. Refunds to Personalized Products are NOT accepted.

The cost of the return is paid by the customer.

2. Send your parcel via Courier Center
Deliver the parcel for return to Courier Center for a Type Center recipient charge.

3. Contact us!
Contact us via email at [email protected] by writing your name and order number, justifying why you want the product returned and if you want a replacement. Alternatively, you can call us at 210 9345600 and complete your return by phone.

In case you do not want a replacement with a new product, the refund process is done within 15 days from the date of receipt of the return to our warehouse and is extremely simple as long as you inform us by phone at 210 9345600 or via email at [email protected].

Refunds are made on the original payment method, unless you chose cash on delivery as the payment method. Refunds in this case will be made through a bank transfer in the customer’s bank account.

Necessary condition for the customer to inform the Type Center via email to [email protected] about his account number (IBAN), the bank in which he maintains the account and the name of the beneficiary as indicated in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the pricing details and listed on the purchase receipt.
